2. Position: Manager, Baker, Caker, Front Crew 

 

3. 근무시간 및 급여

   Baker/Caker : 30~40 시간/주 ($18/hr ~) 

   Front Crew : 20~40 시간 ($16/hr ~ )

   Manager : 40~ 시간 ($22~)

6. Job Description

 

[Front Crew]

  • Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • To provide excellent customer service to guests in a timely and friendly manner
  • Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
  • Maintain day to day outlet cleanliness.
  • Execute any other duties as assigned.
  • Prepare various coffees, teas, and other beverages to meet store standards
  • Receive and organize products
  • Morning shift from 8am to 3pm / Evening shift from 3pm to 9pm

[Baker/Caker]

  • Carrying out operations and productions that takes place in the kitchen
  • Baking recipes and preparing all desserts
  • General Oven Duties (Checking dough conditioner)
  • Preparing all needed materials and ingredients
  • Responsible for scaling and shaping of all breads, loaves, and pastries
  • Sanitization procedures, maintaining overall cleanliness of work station and kitchen
  • General knowledge of production methods and organization of bread production
  • Must be able to prioritize and finish all tasks assigned for the daily baking
  • Ensuring work place is safe and hygienic for all employees and guests
  • Receive, stock, and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized manner
  • Inform supervisors when equipment is not working properly and manage when food supplies are getting low
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

[Manager]

  • Help administer new product launching, promotions and seasonal events

  • Daily inventory count and order merchandise and ingredients.

  • Learn and understand all company policies and provide suitable advice to employees.

  • Support GM to deliver any company wide communication to all employees.

  • Help manage deliveries and inventory.

  • Support simple repairs in the store such as equipment and furniture.

  • Regularly inspect store to assure standards are maintained at all times.

  • Employee training: ensuring all employees are providing excellent customer service, being able to coach
    employees in a positive manner to improve.

  • Creating employee work schedule for final review by General Manager.

  • Monitor, report, and take action on any incidents that occur.
