We are currently seeking an E-commerce Assistants who can join our team.
*Responsibilities and Duties
- Daily order processing, invoicing, receiving, data entry.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding to sales, orders, and product support questions.
- Provide additional task to assist in e-commerce channel management.
- Provide administrative support to team and management ensuring smooth daily operations of service department.
*Requirements:
- Experience in eBay and Amazon is a PLUS
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with energetic and outgoing personality
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Must be detail oriented
- A plus if you are bi-lingual in Korean but not required. Must be fluent in English
